"Article 17 The company operating under this Act shall be subject to entry into the National Court Register."

1) maintain records and forwarded to the relevant laws of the district courts, one of them for two or more of these courts,
2) conducting National Court Registry, one of the district courts (commercial courts) for the characteristics of two or more of these courts or their areas of jurisdiction."

Article 72 The Act of 22 March 1989 on the craft (Journal of Laws No. 17, item. 92) Articles. 19 is as follows:
"Article 19 1 Features crafts, chambers of crafts and the Polish Craft Association shall be subject to entry into the National Court Register.
2. Organizations referred to in paragraph. 1, obtain legal personality with the entry into the National Court Register.
Article 73 The Act of 7 April 1989 - Law on Associations (Journal of Laws No. 20, item. 104, 1990, No. 14, item. 86 and 1996 No 27, item. 118) is amended as follows (changes omitted).
Article 74 The Act of 7 April 1989 on trade unions of individual farmers (Journal of Laws No. 20, item. 106 and No. 21, item. 115) is amended as follows: (changes omitted).
Article 75 In the Act of 24 May 1989 on the recognition by the courts of Economic Affairs (Journal of Laws No. 33, item. 175 and No. 41, item. 229 and of 1990 No. 14, item. 88) shall be deleted. 3
Article 76 In the Act of 30 May 1989 the local government unions of certain operators (Journal of Laws No. 35, item. 194) Articles. 9 is the following:
"Article 9 1 organizations referred to in this Act, subject to entry into the National Court Register.
2. Organizations referred to in paragraph. 1, obtain legal personality with the entry into the National Court Register.
Article 77 In the Act of 30 May 1989 the Chambers of Commerce (Journal of Laws No. 35, item. 195, 1992, No. 75, item. 368 and of 1996 No. 43, item. 189) is amended as follows (changes omitted).
Article 78 In the Act of 17 May 1990, the division of responsibilities and powers set out in special laws and municipal authorities between state administration bodies and amending certain acts (Journal of Laws No. 34, item. 198, No. 43, item. 253 and No. 87, pos. 506, 1991, No. 95, item. 425, No. 107, item. 464 and No. 114, item. 492, 1995, No. 90, item. 446 and of 1996 No. 114, item . 542) in the Articles. 3 shall be deleted paragraphs 21.

Article 85 In the Act of 6 December 1996 on the pledge registry and the registry of pledges (Journal of Laws No. 149, item. 703) is amended as follows: (changes omitted).
Article 86 Whenever the provisions of laws other than those listed in this section refers to registers: trade, state enterprises, associations, foundations, it is understood by the National Court Register.
Rule 87 Minister for Justice will announce in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Polish uniform text of the Act of 6 December 1996 on the pledge registry and the registry of pledges, including changes resulting from the legislation before the announced release of a single text.
Article 88 This Act shall enter into force on time and under the terms of the Act - Regulations introducing the bill to the National Court Register, with the exception of
1) the provisions of Article. 6, art. 19, paragraph. 4, art. 48, Art. 54, Art. And Article 83. 87, which shall enter into force after 14 days from the date of the notice;
2) the provisions of Article. 85, which shall enter into force on 1 January 1998.
