Article. 47. Entities subject to entry to the registry operators are required to report the information listed in article. 38-40 and in the article. 44 and their changes, notwithstanding the obligations under other legislation, unless the law provides otherwise.
Article. 47a. 1. Limited liability companies, limited liability companies, komandytowo-European companies may voluntarily post in the economic, judicial and monitor in any official language of the European Union, information about entries to the registry and their translation into English certified by a certified translator.
2. The company referred to in paragraph 1. 1 may submit in addition to act for them, registered documents mentioned in the article. 8a. 1, drawn up in any official language of the European Union and their translation into English certified by a certified translator.
3. The documents referred to in paragraph 1. 2, companies may voluntarily post in the Official Journal of the Republic of Poland "Monitor Polski B".
4. In the case of differences between entry posted according to the rules in English and voluntarily posted information, as well as between the content of the documents submitted to the file registered in English and files posted on a voluntary basis, content advertising voluntary cannot constitute as against third parties. Third parties may rely on voluntary notification, unless the company proves that the third party knew of the content of the notice in English.
Article. 48. The Minister of Justice, by regulation, shall determine the detailed record-keeping, przedsiębiorców and detailed content of the entries in the register.
